Security prompts when opening the support.exe file

If you are running Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, you will be prompted by a security warning when opening or downloading the support.exe file. You can either run directly from the download prompt or save the file to your computer.

Click on "Run" if you wish to run the file without saving.

When running the support executable, click on run when prompted.
